The inTime Group has introduced a whistleblowing system to implement the requirements of the "Whistleblowing Directive" (EU Directive on the Protection of Whistleblowers 16.12.2019 - EU Directive 2019/1937).
The whistleblower system is used for the (anonymous) reporting of incidents and tips by internal or external whistleblowers.
The following whistleblowing channels are provided by inTime:
At https://intime.integrityline.org/, inTime offers the possibility to report incidents online. The communication takes place via a secure mailbox, so that the whistleblower can remain anonymous if desired.
inTime offers the possibility of submitting tips by post. Submissions should be sent to

If desired, the whistleblowing letter can also be posted in person in the letterbox on site; there is no camera surveillance in the area of the letterbox. In this respect, too, the anonymity of the informant will be respected.
inTime offers the possibility to give information by telephone. The caseworkers can be reached by telephone during normal business hours on +49 5136 9757-630.
inTime offers the possibility to give information in a personal conversation with a caseworker. For this purpose, it is possible to arrange a time and place for the meeting via the above-mentioned communication channels. Alternatively, the whistleblower can of course also try to meet a caseworker at the above address without prior registration.
